IQH Renewal Retreats
Join IQH Renewal Retreats for an extended weekend of self-care, reflection, grounding in nature and communing with like minded women. We host multiple retreats each year with the spring and fall being in Oklahoma. Join us October 24th to 27th, 2024 for restoration and preparation for the holidays.
Thursday evening: Gather for snacks, community and introduction for an evening of friendship while learning
Friday and Saturday: Breakfast and morning reflection time will be followed by healing sessions. We will gather before lunch to reflect on needs and the afternoon schedule will be filled with time in nature while attending additional healing sessions.
Sunday: We will start with meditation in nature followed by a brunch and time to pack for your trip home.
Fall Retreat will include sound healing, quantum healing, massage, meditation, guided PEMF, scans as well as opportunity to spend time in nature. In addition, for the Fall 2024 retreat you will take home a sourdough starter plus recipe, garlic honey and other homesteading essentials to stay healthy through the holidays.
